We are a 47 person, growth-stage company. We have offices in Solana Beach, CA, and Ventura, CA, but we are distributed around the U.S. and promote working from where you work best (Remote/Hybrid/Office).

Our team believes in open and transparent communication. We believe in strong connection and communication with team members. We have regular Tea-Times and Water-Coolers where people are encouraged to meet up and connect. In addition, we offer smaller Team Connection activities, entire team gatherings, and in-person retreats. We believe connection is essential, and we are intentional about opportunities for our team members to be engaged, collaborative, seen, heard, and respected. We build relationships through weekly 1:1’s, daily standups, and weekly all-hands gatherings, which we affectionately call halftime.

What Work-life Balance Means to FieldLevel

We want your work to invigorate you. We work passionately and sustainably. Ultimately we want you to be in an environment where you can get into the “zone” and into a workflow where you feel effective, accomplished, and fulfilled at the end of each day. Hours vary and are often interrupted by walks with dogs, surfing, coaching a t-ball team, or a tennis game. We encourage our team to be available from 9 am to 3 pm PST to sustain our highly collaborative and synchronous work. Ultimately, we trust everyone to manage their own time.
